Agreement

By using Cutpilot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Services

Cutpilot provides video processing services that transform long-form videos into vertical short-form clips with captions. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original content. You grant us a license to process your videos solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not claim ownership of your files.

Payments and Refunds

We offer a full refund if none of the delivered clips are usable. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.

Limitations of Liability

Cutpilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
